Shipping policy
- Free delivery to UK mainland on orders over £59.99. Shipping charge £4.99 for orders £59.99 or less - orders typically despatched next working day with Parcelforce 48 or Royal Mail 48 tracked service (delivered Monday-Friday). Delivery charge for orders containing just Tingles is £1.99.
- Express Delivery for £7.99 - orders despatched same working day if placed before 2pm (delivered Monday-Friday).
- Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland - £11.99 flat fee regardless of size and weight. Orders typically will be despatched next working day on Parcelforce 48 tracked service (delivered Monday-Friday).
- Europe - £14.99 flat fee regardless of size and weight. Orders typically will be despatched next working day with GLS tracked service - transit time 3-5 working days (delivered Monday-Friday). All parcels sent 'Direct Duty Paid', meaning that there will be no additional VAT or Duty due prior to delivery to you.
Deliveries will be made by courier between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), and will be made within 48 hours of despatch.
Delivery will be made to the address of the registered debit/ credit card holder used to place the order (or another nominated delivery address).
We cannot guarantee delivery dates and times as these may be affected by circumstances outside our control. For this reason Rhino Build is unable to accept responsibility for lost working time and recommend goods are ordered in advance of any planned usage.
