The Hoddy Bucket comes with a 12-month warranty on all plastic and metal components, subject to no misuse.

This means that if any components of The Hoddy Bucket fail due to defects in materials or workmanship within 12 months of the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the defective components at no charge. 

Please note that this warranty is subject to the following conditions:

  • The Hoddy Bucket has been used for its intended purpose only and has not been subject to any misuse or abuse.
  • The Hoddy Bucket has not been modified or altered in any way.
  • The Hoddy Bucket has been properly maintained and cared for and hasn’t be subjected to extreme temperatures or in contact with chemicals.

      Standard Sized UK Parcels

      • Free delivery to UK mainland on orders over £89.99. Shipping charge £6.99 for orders less than £89.99 - orders typically despatched next working day with Parcelforce 48 or Royal Mail 48 tracked service (delivered Monday-Friday).
      • Express Delivery for £8.99 - orders despatched sameworking day if placed before 2pm (delivered Monday-Friday).
      • Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland - £11.99 flat fee regardless of size and weight. Orders typically will be despatched next working day on Parcelforce 48 tracked service (delivered Monday-Friday).

      Orversized UK Parcels

      • Free delivery to UK mainland on oversized orders over £149.99. Shipping charge £11.99 for orders less than £149.99 - orders typically despatched next working day with Parcelforce 48L (delivered Monday-Friday).
      • Express Delivery £8.99 for orders over £149.99 (£16.99 for orders under £149.99)

      European Parcels

      • Europe - £14.99 flat fee regardless of size and weight. Orders typically will be despatched next working day with GLS tracked service - transit time 3-5 working days (delivered Monday-Friday).  All parcels sent 'Direct Duty Paid', meaning that there will be no additional VAT or Duty due prior to delivery to you.
